CX Programs Manager Nicole Cochran just went on another visit to Covington Electric/Buzz Broadband for a second on-site onboarding session. After seeing the value of our first in-person training, they brought her back so their new team members could get the same hands-on experience.
A huge thanks to Anna Worley, their fantastic Member Services Manager, for not only championing this training but also inviting her to speak at the newly formed Alabama Cooperative Customer Service Coalition: a gathering of electric co-ops, telcos, local government entities, and other providers committed to delivering great service.
