Discovering the Inland way
Inland Power and Light, a cooperative established in 1937, is Washington state’s largest electric cooperative, serving more than 34,000 members across 13 countries. As a new CEO took the helm, he sought Pivot’s help unifying a company that had long been divided amongst two teams – union staff and office staff. Our goal was to encourage staff to reach across silos and band together to create a company culture they could all be proud of.
