Rainbow Communications partnered with us to establish their initial brand and later sought our assistance in assessing the potential demand for fiber-based broadband in a new market where existing internet providers were suspected of underperforming. Our work helped Rainbow Communications identify the optimal launch location and timing.
We completed 140 phone surveys with non-customers in Rainbow’s target market. The surveys identified areas of opportunity and messaging that allowed Rainbow to surpass its projected take-rates in 18 months.
